Remember what was said about the Mod Ash conversation at Rune-Fest? The dev team don't code in Java itself, therefore would probably not have access to files such as those.

I was a fellow clanmate of Alfie in Fatality, and he told me that there are only 3 ppl who have access to all those things. Normall developers senior or junior can just add 'plugins' to the existing code.
and the actual player files are hosted at an external company.

depends what team you're talking about, there are multiple dev teams at jagex. one for the NXT client, multiple content teams (all runescript), various server-side engineer teams (i.e. the only remaining java teams now that the java client is redundant), the web team (who are on a completely different floor in the building to the rest of the 'RS' team).

and on the top floor there's a team working on an undisclosed project, but they have a keen interest in VR headsets apparently.

lol like you'd know their building infrastructure/uses.

19-25? you mean more like 12-18, most of the community on here i bet is under 20. 25 you should have a degree by then and be set in life if you don't then maybe you should be rethinking what you're doing wrong in life.
