A group of any size sharing a code base should have logs: it's called a VCS.

Yea 4k a month, free health care, membership to a gym, etc what else could you need? And you're coding java for something we all use to play at least at one time or another. I'll tell you one thing it'll be better than running a RSPS come tax season, unless you're like ikov/soulsplit you'll be making more than enough .
