I'm thinking and considering reopening a server.
I just wanted to know whether or not private servers are dieing and people are moving on or if they are still in a stable state and it will not be a huge struggle to open a RSPS?

From what i see it depends on the content not more or less the revision.. as it goes RSPS will probably never die aslong as the people who continue to make them, make a profit.

I think that RSPS isn't dying actually, the veterans in Runescape are saying that because the real Runescape (3) is dying cause it's bad & everyone's getting older, other interests, getting a job etc... People are leaving and people are coming, that's life? But to make people coming, you need to do something of course.
I agree with Root here, however those who enjoy RS3 are keeping it alive, and it's always getting new players since it's free & advertised more too.. I believe RS07 would thrive more with F2P seeing as they're beginning to get a team and RSPS will just always be that alternative...
