You could try playing games it can make you happier but just like drinking if you stop doing it you're back to square one or you could try taking a bath it did help me before,
It would also help to just be free for a while,
Thanks everybody, currently in the process of finding a councelor that doesn't charge $3098530495789345 an hour.
Everybody's suggestions will be taken into consideration, really means a lot that you're all trying to help me out through these hard times, as I said I really didn't want to make a thread on here about it, but I just needed advice.

1 think, cutting yourself never helps..lol..
I'm now walking at a psychiatrist, because of the thinks i've dealt with in my life...
Try to go to the general practitioner and talk about it, maybe they can help you or tell you more.
