I just saw a RSPS ad on a youtube video?

Then a few days ago I saw SoulSplit have there own office for there server? what is going on?

Some say that he has a contract with Jagex which he pays them enough profit for them to allow it to stay open.
As far as other servers, alot of big ones get shut down. Not sure how he does it man.

But yes, the ads - He pays google too, since RS doesn't shut him down
