    It's nice to have a few songs (2-3, similar sounding) going on in the background. I often times simply leave my television on to get some sound in the room. No audio drives me insane.

    I normally listen to Tyler, The Creator/OFWG, A Day to Remember, or some other Rock band.
    Most the time it's Tyler/OFWG. There music seems to make me more calm.
