for, there's no reason not to kill everyone who kills someone/rapes someone intentionally.

I'm for, and I'm against the current system in the United States.
It takes up to twenty years to finally kill someone, under my control it would take 3 days from the sentencing (so they can appeal once).
That's one of the reasons why I hate Belgium, imo if they are 1000% sure somebody killed another person on purpose they should just kill him.Why put them in prisons for the rest of their life? All they do is waste our government's money and they have the guts to complain about it too.
Yes, what's so bad about it? All they do is use up more money with all the appeals and the cost to keep them alive (food, etc)
Personally, here's what I'd do:
If a person killed 1 person, they need to repay 1 life.
So, they get killed.
If a person killed 2 people, they need to repay 2 lives.
So, they get killed, and a member of their family.
If a person killed 3 people, they need to repay 3 lives.
So, they get killed, and 2 members of their family.
This will encourange families to bring up nicer children.
That's the worst idea I have ever heard in my life.
