So, i have to ask.
With JaGeX getting more hostile what's going to happen?
I think everyone will actually give in to them, The only remaining servers may be newcomers to rsps (imagine the horror, all these leeched servers with nothing to play), then they eventually get shutdown.
With JaGeX doing this, we have nothing, we can only make and release hoping other users can go against them(Not saying you should release your server! I'm saying AFTER that happens, all servers down etc)
Eventually this endless loop will be over, what will we have gained? Sure i guess a few years of coding experience, but what can we do with that if we don't have what we know to do it on?
I'm not saying i want everyone to stop rsps, i think its just about time we don't give in, or actually fight back (doubt there is any way we can), at least come to an agreement with them, We aren't here to ruin real runescape. If anything we actually advertise for them,
In the way that new users, search for rsps they hear from a friend, curious to what the real version is, plays it, likes it, buys member, blablabla
. Rsps will never die unless jagex gets big enough to shutdown everyone... So to be honest , get into the website side and try to make something no other community has ever thought of and that can attract people like r-locus , moparscape & rune-server...
