Believe it or not it actually does create the domain, but the catch is... it need's a verification. later after registration you will get an email saying you have to verify it, it's some bull shit excuse saying you have to call them..

Well, I had that, I tried making like about 5 accounts, I always forgot something.

They doesn't accept me anymore, from my IP. Verifying it would be easy, as it's free, if you entered correct phone-number, it shouldn't be a problem.

I'd definitely put coupons to my hosting site, coupons that gives 100% discount from whatever you buy, and make them unavailable.
