tbh you shouldn't even attempt. I have never heard of you, and out of no where you want to do one of the hardest tasks in RSPS? No sir just no. Get some more experience before you attempt imo.

Why would you try to deny someone the right to make their own base just because you've never heard of them before. They could be from another forum and came here, possibly even with a different name. Plus he could be more experienced than a lot of people here and decided to join to share his progress. You don't need experience in everything RSPS related to make a server. You need Java knowledge, and he may have that. So don't be so idiotic and jump to conclusions.
