i should be able to, ive been coding servers and forums and php stuff for well over 3 years now.
ask tierney hes been a member of 2 of my forums.
ive used vbulletin before and i loved it the only reason i lost it was the webhost (000webhost) never trust them again. Ive also used mybb, well im using that right now
and if used smf but out of the 3 mybb is the best free software and vbulletin is the best payed.

no i didnt my webhost wasnt working it kept saying admin checking it, it did on everybodys that week so i gave up with it.
Oh. It was probably because 00webhost verifies the copies of forum softwares on their servers I believe.
