Hey guys, so recently i bought a new laptop and by default as soon as i launched Counter Strike: Global Offensive i got screen tearing, i have googled for help for days, but i just can't seem to fix that issue, the only temporary fix i could find was to enable VSync double buffer from ingame settings, which limits FPS to 60, everything would be okay if it didn't cause mouse input lagg.

If anyone has ever experienced same visual error and is kind enough to help me out with some suggestions to fix it, please do that in comments below!

A guy actually posted something which could probably work even if I'm not sure if it's the "proper" way to solve your problem nor if it's what you are trying to achieve.

The only solution I have found is to enable Vsync (triple buffered) and ALSO to limit your fps to 1 below your monitor's refresh rate. My monitor is 60hz so I limit my fps in game to 59fps using console. This should resolve the tearing and mouse lag.

Yep i have done that, i gapped my FPS max to 59 then 60 while VSync double buffer is enabled and yet it's not perfect, i still get small mouse input lagg, if that's the only way i can play CSGO now then be it, thanks for the help
