That would be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of in all honesty.
Because Pokemon is TOTALY a multilayer game.

Pokemon Crater worked fine Maggot. So did PWO before they're netcode became fucked...
Try Pokemon twilight. It's not really online, it's a single player pokemon clone, perfect like the GBA games but for PC and with a new storyline/region.
You can play online, but it's not like an MMO. you just see other people, and can chat.
it's like Call of Duty. You go into rooms.
