It's a problem with your server. RealVNC doesn't support 24bpp, so edit your server or use a different encoding.

How the hell do i connect i keep getting that
(Ubuntu)
P.S. I'm not using SSH cause i don't know shit about it and I'd rather see the desktop enviroment instead of a damn terminal command.
