    My first thoughts were; why do you want an onboard network card and whoever NEEDS a sound card? lol. that money is better spent on other parts, like a better graphic card.

    You should get either a partial modular or full modular power supply. It is worth it.

    Case is horrible.
    GPU is horrible.
    Other than that, seems OK. The processor is also a bit... Meh. The specs look better on paper than anything sold by Intel, but on benchmarks (and performance) you'll notice that it's closer to an I5 than an I7, least of all better than an I7.

    I changed the motherboard to Gigabyte, the processor to AMD FX-8350 EIGHT CORE 4GHz, the video card to nVidia GeForce GT740 2GB DDR3, and the case to a simple and less expensive alternative.
