Right-click on a blank space in the navigation area, and check/uncheck "Show all folders"

Alright, so basically all my shortcuts such as libraries, network, homegroup, etc are all in the wrong spots, they're under "Desktop" in windows explorer. I want to return them to how they're supposed to be, I'm thinking this was some kind of virus or I'm just an idiot and accidentally dragged them under desktop somehow... It's not even supposed to be a shortcut either.
