When I play RS on low detail I get between 12 - 24 FPS and keeps fluctuating constantly. I can play League on Medium settings and get 44 - 60 fps and it doesn't fluctuating as often. Help would be much appreciated.

Could you take a picture of your settings and show us?

If you've got anti-aliasing enabled, I recommend disabling that.

Everything is off except stuff that wouldn't effect my fps.

That would probably result in a lower FPS on your computer. From what I can tell, the update will only give a boost on high-end machines with a large number of CPU cores (yours only has 2) that don't even need it. With that being said, low-end machines are basically fucked.

Enjoy your 12-24 FPS while you can.

Btw, please correct if I'm wrong.

Set your computer's colour quality to 16 bit from 32 bit.

You can do this by right clicking on your desktop, going to screen resolution. From there click on Advanced Settings (Bottom right). Once done, a new window will open and you'll notice the tab called "monitor". Click on it and look towards the bottom of the window. You'll notice that it says "Colors:" and that it has a drop down menu below it. In that drop down menu select "High Color (16 Bit)" and hit Apply, then OK.

That should help you a bit.

I know this as I used to run a computer cleaning service some time ago.
