If you wanted to put more $$ into hardware I'd put it into the GPU. BUT, if I were you I'd rather spend that $ on a nice monitor (or 2) / games.
some game are cpu intensive, and i5 with same generation is more powerful as im using it right now it has big difference. also if he is using 30XX series card its more compatible with i5. im using i5 with 2080 card and i can say its more powerful than 13 with 2080,

Could you guys review the below?

    https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/6tnshk

The entire thing comes to around 788.81 - I have scrapped the GPU entirely and chose an I5 with integrated graphics. I couldn't find any GPU's on pcpartpicker that was reasonably priced. It already feels like 788 is already too expensive. Is there something I can do to reduce the price? Should I opt for cheaper ram, ssd and fan?

It feels kind of expensive at the moment compared to a pre-build...

if you gonna use 11 gen just use 10th or 9th gen processor, then go to B365 LGA 1151 motherboard (11th gen is a shitshow)

just find some lower price with same specs

Thanks for all the information. I'll post the final build in a few days for review.

Would you guys like to see the PC once I order the parts and have assembled everything?

I did the same thing for my PC (no graphics card for integrated GPU). I only did this because it fit my use case (only programming). I don't think this is a good choice for you because you have expressed you want to play games. That integrated GPU is not sufficient for those games you want to play. GPU prices are high right now, yes, but there are many aspects you can save your money.

I feel like that's a pretty expensive power supply. Idk how much the ratings matter practically.

I strongly suggest you look on eBay or something for each of these parts. I found a lot of my parts majorly discounted there (ram $20 cheaper, ssd $30 cheaper, case $50 cheaper, it adds up).

That's a pretty expensive motherboard for your build. I think you should stop focusing too much on reviews, I think they're guiding your decisions too hard. I got a motherboard with 0 reviews on that site and it has been splendid. Just make sure it's compatible and make sure it has enough connections for your current build and the possible future you can see.

Consider an i5-12600. It's around the same price, has integrated GPU (though again I'm not sure if you really want an integrated GPU) and comes with a CPU cooler which removes that $75.
