Mentioning the currency would help

Hey everyone, i'm going to be building a new pc soon and i wanted to get your opinions on the best hardware for my price range.
I can only spend about 500$ (Give or take).
I want to be able to run decent games, but most importantly i want to be able to run photoshop, after effects, and skype at the same time flawlessly.
I would like to play league without lag.
Buy a 50$ pc change the cpu and ram and graphics card and you're good to go!
Go on the PC builds reddit page and find one within your budget, there are links on the site as well for buying the parts listed.
FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core, Radeon RX 460 4GB WINDFORCE OC, SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower - System Build - PCPartPicker
Not a fan of AMD but here just stuck this together fast
I would highly suggest waiting a while to continue saving your money. Running programs like Skype takes very little power, but running After Effects and Photoshop simultaneously will take it's toll if you don't have the right materials. Even increasing your budget to $600 (assuming your currency is USD) could make for a much more powerful system. Waiting until cyber Monday and Christmas deals will also provide you with extra room for other parts with discounts and bundles. Just a thought.
what's the budget?

Thanks everyone.
