70$ for a cpu and 60$ for a cpu cooler, that doesn't make sense..
I would go for an Intel i5 cpu, AMD makes crap desktop CPU's imo.
remade your part list im 33 dollars up but idk if u want just remove the dvd drive and dl windows 10 from microsoft for free and make a bootable usb btw this pc will own just about anything u throw at it with high to medium settings 1080p all presets.
Intel Core i7-6700K, EVGA GeForce GTX 960, Corsair 200R - System Build - PCPartPicker
Why would you got for an AMD when a new generation of Intel Core came out not too long ago? (Also DDR4)
And if you still want to go AMD and with a corsair water cooler I suggest you get a double radiator one because AMD CPUs usually have a high temperature.
What sort of monitor setup are you running? a 4GB card might be overkill, I've got the 2GB 960 and its more than enough power for anything I've thrown at it.
if you havent already i recommend you look into the new skylake chips and ddr4 if you like intel that is. as these chips are winning in the reviews lately (building my new system to replace my envy with skylake )
