Did you apply thermal paste properly?

I just bought aftermarket cooler for my computer build, never monitored the temperatures before the aftermarket cooler, and was curious on my temperatures. Idle temperatures range from 35C - 45C and load temperatures peak at 65C. Appreciate any responses!

Thats a perfectly reasonable and safe temperature range.
Yeah! I used a dime amount of the Arctic Silver thermal compound and used a gift card to spread it. I found out that CPUID HWmonitor was reading the temperatures wrong; Searched the internet a bit and found someone else with the same problem and my temperatures are now reading 30C - 45C. Appreciate the help!
OpenHardwareMonitor is a piece of software I'd suggest for monitoring CPU temps. 20C is very good CPU temp, 40C isn't that bad either.
your temperatures are perfectly normal specially for amd cpu which run hot anyway.
