    Hello...
Im thinking about buying a usb splitter for my laptop from eBay.
But I couldn't find one that its description mentioned that its working fine with windows 8, i asked the sellers but of course they dont know anything.
My question is if the usv splitter works on win 7 or vesta, will it work fine with win 8?

As long as your drivers are up to date you should have no problem using a USB Splitter.

    Thank you.
But how do I make sure that my drivers are up to date?

Click on the "Start" button in the bottom-left area of your computer screen, then go to "My Computer" and right-click on it.
Click "Properties" and select "Device Manager" from the screen that comes up.
Click on the type of USB device that uses the specific driver you plan on testing, such as "Universal Serial Bus Controllers," or "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers."
Look to see if there are any exclamations or question marks next to the name of the device. This will indicate whether the drivers have been installed properly or not.
Right-click on the name of the USB device and then "Properties." You should see a "Device Status" message saying, "This Device is Working Properly." If you do not, then you need to reinstall the drivers.

they're universal and will work on any os, they don't actually require drivers to be installed in most cases either. just make sure you buy a powered one.
