    Hey guys,

    I just ordered the parts for my new gaming rig and I Just wanted to know what you think?

    CPU: Intel i7-3820 4 Core 3.60Ghz 2011 NO FAN

    Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Extreme 2011

    PSU: 900W Antec High Current Gamer Power Supply, 80 Plus Bronze, 135mm fan, High Current +12V rail(s), 4x PCI-E, 9x SATA, 6x Molex

    RAM: Cosair 16GB (2x8GB) Vengeance 1600Mhz

    CPU FAN: Noctus NH-14 Cooling Fan

    Memory: SSD 120GB Kingston Hyper X SATA3

    Case: Antec Eleven Hundred Black Case

    GPU: Gigabyte GTX660 OC 2GB PCI-E3.0 GV-N660OC-2GD

    This is a poorly optimized build..

    For that price you could cfx two 7970s with an i5..

    What OS are you using? Also, I understand the appeal of SSDs, but you really only want 120GB? I would've put in a TB or two with that kind of power.

    I bought that motherboard because I do hardcore gaming and I want it to last long. It has a lot of things that ill need so I can upgrade in the future,I bought a it and made the other parts decent for now.

    I plan to upgrade to 3930k anyways but the 3820 is an overkill for gaming now anyways, so I wont need an upgrade now.

    I got the SSD to put the OS and other system requirements on it, I have a 1Tb Hdd in my cupboard so ill use that

    Winows 7 Home Premium.

    It would have lasted much longer had you not wasted that much money on 2011.

    Like I said, Im upgrading it to high end. I just bought those parts for now and so i dont need to spend a lot of money at once. The only parts I will be keeping for the longest is the Motherboard, Ram, SSD and CPU fan.
