Questions are okay, but most of the questions seems to be money related. Yes, RuneList has a freemium-premium model.
That means that you can access services for free and you can make a one time or temporarily payment to get access to exclusive features.
If RuneList would be all for the money they would change it completely to where the strategy would really come close to something like a bait-and-hook model.
I'm not trying to act like a sales professional here but the intention, as of now, is really not based on making profits.
Yes, an advertisement is expensive right now based on the amount of traffic the website gets, but that's because the platform has only just launched.
I would not recommend investing in the most expensive banner positions on RuneList as of now if you're purely going to invest to get traffic. But hey, there might also be people that are really keen on what RuneList has become during their development time and want to support it in some way!
