I apologize, I assume you are talking about the screenshots within the gallery. I had taken it upon myself to fill in some random screenshots for as you said place holders for the design example only. I would never provide another persons media to be used on a completed website. However I will make it a point to acquire some media for placeholder content in the future.
Judging by the discord link I'm going to assume some one who inquired about designs from me sent you that to start drama.
