Hello there, my name is Tutus and I used to work on a project named Arix but lost motivation (due to being solo/finding it fairly hard to trust people).
I've sold 1 copy but the guy never actually used it, just has it laying around and doesn't mind me re-selling (apparently quit RSPS).
I'm selling it for existing servers to grab content off, you could use it as a base but then it'd need quite some work to get in proper finished shape.
It's a PI based on SpecialPKz(Ascend)
Features worth mentioning:

Price: 30$ per copy, as it's nothing great anymore... you can rip off some updates/content quite quickly and easily and I don't feel like it's worth any more due to it being fairly old and not really ready to host.
You can buy the custom malthael models for 10$ extra, these were in the old cache as a custom boss but will be re-used in a project I work on now.
Selling all artwork/name etc. as well for extra 30$ once, this includes the entire login screen artwork + separate logo renders, discord logo, animated banner etc,
