*UPDATE* Have been working with Kotlin for awhile now, we had some bugs to work through and he made sure come back and finish ironing them out so that his work was complete and precise to how he quoted.
Will continue to use moving forward. Definitely recommend using him!

Requesting a developer to work on the havoc base with me and other developers, i'm a novice coder, always wanted to learn and thought with the amount of spare time i have due to moving cities.

I've really struggled to see the RSPS community move towards custom servers!
A well maintained Economy 317, i would love the old RUNESCAPE feeling on my server, i would be hoping to find a developer with a high knowledge on OSRS, due to the fact i'm taking suggestions straight from Runescape itself, i'll be moving forward with Content updates weekly, and respectable updates, money sinks etc
