i'm waiting for on a client service from this team, was told that i am currently second in line a few hours ago. i've went with their terms and paid a 50% deposit upfront. hopefully, the service will be completed without any troubles.

i waited a few more hours the next day (today) but i did not hear from you either - both on discord and rune-server, even though it shows that you're logging in and out. i'm not sure what's going on but if you're unable to do the service, simply say so and don't just leave a customer with no status update or reply. i've just sent you another pm on both platforms and even though it shows that you came online on rune-server to view the messages, i still haven't heard from you.
i've already sent you the first half of the payment, in regards to your terms. i don't mind waiting a few hours but if you're going to promise someone that work will be started within 3-4 hours, being that i was "second" in line, it would be decent to at least provide an update or reply of some sort if time was over-estimated, rather than taking the time to login, read my pm, and then log back out. it's been 12+ hours now. since i haven't sent you anything yet and you're still working on other people's services, i'd like to request a refund.

I'm with Omelete and the others here, you have time to post on the forums but can't simply reply to us on discord? You told me twice, 2 separate days, that you were uploading my updated files.
It turned from a 1-2 day job to a 6 day and still counting one.
You even showed me that you finished so why is this happening to me?
