Terms of Service:

You CAN modify the map after purchase. I will have a copy of the one I sell to you as a final product as security.
You CAN resell this map. It belongs to you after the transaction(s) are complete. I don't mind.
You will receive .DAT files for the region. It is inclusive of both TILES and OBJECTS.
I will direct you on how to pack these, but should you find them incompatible with your client that is not my responsibility. Please confirm this AHEAD of time.

Hey! All this map will really demonstrate is clipping. I didn't create it with intent for content. Coords should be 1800,3333. If not, let me know.
