You've got the plugins folder in the same location as the jar, and the active and inactive folders within the plugins folder? Are you running it from a batch file by chance? You should try launching it via cmd/powershell and see if you get any errors.

Everything set up properly and i just run the jar file.

Really wish you would fix these crashing issues. I get NONSTOP java memory errors. I've lost so much time because I constantly have to restart the software or lose progress because it doesn't save when I save it.
