My best guess is over the course of 7 years I've made videos private and re-made them public again and that particular one had an error in keeping all the comments. You could have put in more than 10 seconds of effort to realize that single video was an anomaly but I can tell by your banner you aren't one for putting time or more than minimum effort into things.
