Ehh its mostly directed at people who are looking for someone to fill a Community Management role or Forum Administrator position; I have no interest in dedicating time to a single RSPS and dealing with the members of that community. Of course you can come to me for help, but for minor stuff like dealing with Member accounts they should have a forum administrator (or even themselves) dedicated to that task, which I won't fill (Unless I genuinely like the server and wish to play on it, but even then I don't want to have a staff role with responsibilities).
