I make the design only, they come with .PSD files and all the sprites. I do know 718s trough interface editor, i can guide you with that, but not lowers revisions.

appreciate your point, i think there are enough people around here that can help with lower revisions. I can make any Interface, not only RS3, here are some examples i've made, 317 GE with hovers.
