Upon purchase of a template from me. Unless otherwise pre-stated the user receives a license file.
Here is a section of the file.

"Koddama (“I”) grant you a non-exclusive license to use WEBSITE DESIGN installation to be accessible
by one domain name subject to the provisions in all sections of this Agreement."
