I definitely don't see anything that makes me want to hire you over the other people who are offering the same services. If anything, the videos you linked point to the contrary. It could just be because 30 minute videos about school with special effects reminiscent of Windows Movie Maker give me cancer, but idk.

Either way, if you're hoping to get people from here to hire you I recommend making some practice videos for servers to show what you can do for prospective customers.
