You must write the message to advert your server, so i will send it. I think it's a good way to promote your server, but you must keep in your mind the server must have enough content to the players i'll attract stay playing your server, or the service will not worth.

Well, did you try your own service for your own use previously and got effective results?
There is a action called block user which can be used in skype.
I haven't stopped to think about it, but i just have duplicates on my skypes only the best friends that i know from years on internet, which is not more than 10.
