Setup is within the price. Which means I will set the grand exchange up when payment is received.

I unfortunately couldn't have the SQL version, due to some issue which kept it dcing(Assumingly its my webhosts fault as he has no problems with his locally hosted MySQL server)
Vouch for Aquel, I had my doubts at first, but this guy knows what he's doing. and he's pretty sound.
