Hello! I am here to Develop RSPS Websites for people who know little about coding HTML, CSS, or PHP:

It's nothing Completely Professional, but better than having a newbie website or no website at all.

I Can do the following for you:

Full Website: Homepage, Webclient, Forums, Donation Page, Vote (You do server side)
Pages: Homepage | Forums | Donation Page | etc
JAR Your Client and portforward your VPS

I use Bootsrap3 CSS to Give your website a nice look and IPB Forums (yes crowns and glow) ,

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SO I CAN START

Sorry, Forums will not install on free webhosting , and paid webhosting will give you a free domain name.

Posted the wrong thing, I don't know what was going through my mind. What I meant to post is, is the IPB nulled?
