Introduction
I've been working with Java code for almost 3 years now and I'm definitely a capable and competent Java coder. I may not be a top dog like some of the members from this community, however I'm definitely capable and I will be able to achieve the tasks you want done. Java was the first language I learned so I'm most fluent working with Java code; however I have had some experience working web-based programming languages such as php/mysql with integration purposes. I also have basic knowledge of other programming languages such as ruby, python, etc all for plugin purposes.
The reason why I'm starting up this freelancing service is because I'm saving up for a new car and I'm hoping that it will be successful.
Previous Projects/Development
I've ran several projects in the past, all of them have been very successful. Unfortunately they were killed by jealous, immature children with DDoSing tools which forced me to close them down.
I created the original Alpha PKz source back about a year ago. Very successful server, we had a stable player base, weekly updates and a great variety of content compared to the other servers available at that time.
I also created my most recent project Titan614, also another successful server. It didn't have as many players as Alpha PKz but it was well-managed and had a lot more content than Alpha PKz.
The content I add is unique and creative, I'm not limited to JaGeX's client functionality I can modify/customize the game client for needs or preferences. However, if desired I can replicate JaGeX content accordingly.
If you need anything done, from simply changing your servers starter kit and home messages to adding new skills and fixing bugs, then I'm definitely the person you want to contact. Don't hesitate to create an application, I'm sure we can work something out.

How It Works Brief
I understand that you may not trust someone with your framework, that's fine. If you have an API I can interface with then we can do that or if you want only part of your server modified for example your combat class, then obviously you'd only have to send me your combat class and some other files if needed.
Programming over team viewer is far too slow considering my location (NZ) and your location (probably US or further away) hence the 200+ latency meaning it would take me a very long time to do everything over team viewer. So that's why I'll develop everything on my computer and then send it via file transfer or as raw code on pastebin.
Payments
All payments will be made up front unless said otherwise. I was recently scammed by a member named [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] although in this scenario I was the buyer and he was the seller. I wanted him to simply convert some code for me, easy task. I sent him the payment up front and he deleted me on Skype and that was the last I heard from him.
I won't be dealing with large payments through PayPal, I have a maximum $20. I've had too many instances in the past with people sending me large sums of money and the payment later being disputed against me.
PayPal can be used for payments of a maximum of $20 (I can't emphasise this enough).
MoneyBookers will be used for all other payments.
All payments will be discussed and confirmed prior to ANY development being commenced.
Once everything has been finalised I will request you for a 'vouch' and a 'thanks' however it's not insisted. It's all depending on how you think the process went.
Like the above statement suggests, if you're not happy with the service then I will happily supply you a refund. However I will not be giving out refunds months down the track if your server dies and goes offline and then you dispute the payment I will do everything I can to try and win the dispute. I will have no sympathy for any attempted scamming.
