the client is already multi-threaded

im assuming you're referring to splitting up the 'startup' task to multiple threads though, would that be safe? Assuming you'd run into syncronziation issues if one of the threads delays

There's a possibility but it's pretty safe & that's what i meant .

Edit: Tested it to its max Fastest was 441ms before any syncronziation issues
