I don't really work on Java servers anymore. I have been working for companies writing ASP.NET web applications and managing web servers.


I have an idea to create a web based admin and user control panel that is directly integrated into the server character files whether its text or SQL.

This would be a week or two long project.


My ideas are that we create a full web based admin control panel that can promote people, demote people, ban people, make donor, remove donor, add mod, etc. Add items to users, remove items from users, check for account duplication flags, etc. All tools that will make the management of a server easier.


Furthermore, once we are able to load all of the data and manipulate it writing a grand exchange system for a server that is web based wouldn't be difficult at all.
