This sounds like help only a complete noob would want though. You dont have to feel insecure about things you dont know about. Nobody is gonna make fun of you.

So I am not a complete noob so this task shouldnt be hard for the person Im paying as I can possibly help.
Im interested in using Valius type server and get it started on my VPS through Intellij or Eclipse etc, I have everything downloaded on the VPS ready just need to literally import the server into the software (Intellij).

I agree with Melvin, if you don't even get the Source up with the IDE you are a complete Noob. So i assume you know how to Portforward the needed ports and how to change the IP adress in the client? You know how to direct link host the cache and change the cache link to get it autodownloaded by the client? You know how to edit the RSA Key to make it a unique one as needed?
and this is why the community drops. why is it accustomed to attack learning developers? is it really normal for you to put down others so that you can feel better or mightier that you know coding and been in the business for years, unlike you were probably like this kid at one time.
If you still need assistance, i can help you. I, unlike these two above me, would be happy to help another developer learn, as i have done to many in this time ive been here.
Teaching a lesson instead of maybe just pointing him in the right direction? I mean, hes at least better than half the people i see begging for help with no plan to pay it back. who knows, teaching this person might show you, or make something, you wouldn't of thought about. im pretty sure thats what rune-server is here for, to assist and communicate with other developers who share the same passion. i rather teach those what i know than having 100 servers out there with no knowledge behind them except what they see in tutorials and just duplicating everybody else's material. Nothing progresses that way.
I mean I helped quantum with noob things and hes paid up quite well. In reality, you're using your time to help that person just like any real job. Regardless of any situation, they wouldn't offer to pay if they didn't want to.
OP:
I've added you.
