looking to buy a start up with working client, web client and soruce ready to go and hosted from my vps. You set it up from start to finish with it playable from anyone at your completion. Can use an agreed MM to hold funds while you complete project.

Webclients are not working anymore due to removing the feature to run java applets in all browsers.
What is your budget? What revision server do you want to be set up? Feel free to PM me to discuss.

Actually doable. There was one recently made in typescript that had a working demo (not sure if still working)

Some may go other routes for this.

Applets are deprecated as of Java 9. The bigger problem is java plugin technology is now deprecated in most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox). If you want to be a sadist you could bundle IE with your client because it still supports applets. Better would be to port it to more modern technology - HTML 5, JS, or there might even be a way of doing it using the Java EE stack but not sure.

IE should already be installed on Windows anyway so less a case of bundling and more a case of prompting

Yes true, but for most smaller servers the cost to use ratio is abnormaly bad. Its a lot of worktime / money that gets burned while porting to a whole new language etc.
