Paying a Java developer good payout

At the moment i have available two tasks i need completed. I require someone who's been in the scene for a long time and has a good understanding of java. I'm going to mention one of the tasks I have a server base it's project insanity. It's atm having packet processing issues and queuing problems i rewrote the packet handling in my server base, sorta. Just need a proper system for packet verification, no synchronization issues, and handling of packet disposal when a packet is deemed as an invalid size, an invalid packet ID, and all other instances of properly handling these scenarios. The payout for this simple task will be good and the second task the payout is better I want to see if whoever contacts me is capable and if things go well, payout could result around 200+ USD for about realistically 2 hrs of work or less given your skillset and how u conduct business with me and given that your capable and trusted for the tasks of the two i have.

If a packet has invalid size, you should just drop the connection to the user. It is extremely unlikely the stream will be recovered at that point, and if it will be, it likely comes with some graphical bugs. You don't want players reporting you bugs that are caused by something almost completely unrelated.
