Hello Rune-server,

We are looking for a dedicated developer to join our project, VelosPS. We're looking for an individual who is interested in working with us and he needs to be active, trust worthy and competent in Java. We are offering the individual a % in the server. We are looking for it to be around 15-30% and this % will be permanent as long as you are working with us on VelosPS. Your "security" won't be enough for a developer to waste their time, plenty of people require the help of developers and pay an hourly rate which they pay daily/weekly/monthly so i dont see you having much luck, but i wish you some luck :L

No one's time is being wasted - you might have some experience in projects that have failed, this doesn't mean other projects will fail. There are many servers where developers have a % in the server. We have a good budget and we know what we're doing. Now please, if you can refrain from shit-posting on this thread, we would appreciate it :)
