Buying server with fully working ToB for personal use

Hello everyone,
Like title says... I'm looking to buy a server with fully working ToB ready to be used on localhost to practice and try different stuff.

Dont care about anything else as long as it can be ran and ToB is fully working.

Valius has a like 90-95% complete/accurate to OSRS ToB you could download and run and use for those purposes for free amigo.
