Thread: Looking for a developer paying 200-300$ a week.

Hey there, Sorry for this post going again up. But i'm looking for a developer who can do daily work, what i mean by that is you put in x hours a day then keep on with your day.
I have a decent player base already for a server running on no paid ads. We are around 160 on discord, a website is up, game is up. Super friendly community aswell with the staff team being very nice.

What i request from the developer is when you add me.

Your past work, What servers?
Gitlab/github, If their private most of them or all, then we can possibly anydesk or somehow screenshare so i can take a look at the codes.

- I'd like the developer to be decently active with the community aswell to kinda get the feeling of what is mostly bugging players. If theres issues they are having which is constantly bugging them that has to get fixed. I myself will create up a long task list of future content, aswell with bug reports and try to write them up as easily to understand as possible.
English is not my first language so that can some of the time haunt me.

- I'd only be looking for a developer who is ready to put in work. We can always discuss in the future about a raise. If that's the case.
My payments are 100% Never ever have i made anyone sketched out, it's usually that i'm to early on payments

- The project is a 317, Loading OSRS.

Currently content wise what i'd prefer on getting is
Finish the vorkath,
Inferno, It's already implemented. Just buggy as hell.
- Make some sort of a minigame.
Nothing mental, Skilling minigame aswell with a pvm one.

Then of course just work on bugs that get reported.
We are super driven by community so that why i like to take down suggestions and if they make sense most of the times get them done. Server is about the majority of peoples experience to be fun. End of the day it's all about having fun.

Hopefully some people can vouch that i always pay, and never start issue until you start being away or not doing anything at all.

That's why i'd prefer to if a person i know little about would like to work a week on a trial but still get paid discussed payment, but a full payment if its satisfying.
