Trustworthy Developer needed

Hi

After years of playing osrs/rsps I decided to make my own RSPS but I am not someone who know everything well. I have been trying this a few times before but I got scammed a few times at the end. I am looking for a developer that is willing to create an own RSPS with dedication and passion. I want to make an OSRS version and I don't have any other specific demands.

You must be able to make interfaces, maybe customize the map a little bit, and the basic developer stuff like shops.

I am looking for someone who is willing to build it up from the ground and make a fresh new start.

Seems like you don't understand what you are after? You want a developer to do simple tasks like shops but also mention "build from the ground up" which do you refer to writing a framework or using an existing base?

Sorry just like to know a bit more?
