I'm looking for files that have never been hosted before or fully remade that has unique content, and should be ready for hosting. Iam willing to pay up to 3000$. I would prefer OSRS or 317.

Tbh i wouldn't trust anyone in that price range, you have no guarantee that the source you're buying will not be released nor resold.

i would just bite my teeth and wait for someone to build me one so i would actualy have ownership for somthing and i would know that it won't be released nor sold (Ofc if you hire a trusted developer or make him work thru teamviewer or anydesk)
