I'm searching for a rsps 317 developer who is pretty good at making an rsps website and forums. We're willing to pay everything [server host, website, and forums]. We'll pay the developer and once the server is on we're also willing to pay for advertisements.
What will the developer win?- Developer will take 50% of donations, and first get paid before the server is up for players to join.

The server has to contain:
40+ Bosses
4 or more donator ranks [each rank has perks]
all mini games working
